LUNCH OR DINNER WITH WINE PERSONALLY COOKED FOR YOU AT CA DELLE RONDINI
This is an ideal way to taste the local food and wine in comfort on the terrace or dining room at Ca delle Rondini. The Meal & Wine service includes the full preparation of a complete Piemontese style meal, table laying and a delicious 7 course meal, washing up and a pre-arranged wine selection to pair with the meal.

Long leisurely informal lunches and dinners can be enjoyed on the garden terrace over-looking Le Langhe hills and nobody will have the worry about who has the job of driving home sober!
WINE ORDER SERVICE
Bevino! can provide a selection of local Piemontese, or general Italian, wines chosen to suit your requirements in advance. Piemonte is rightly famous for its exceptional range of wines, but these are often difficult to find in the local area unless you visit the major towns and know which wines to select in the Enotecas. The wines are selected by Bevino! from their extensive personal cellar of over 1,000 bottles. The pre agreed wine selection will be delivered to Ca delle Rondini for your arrival.

CA' DELLE RONDINI WINE & FOOD PAIRING
Locally sourced Gourmet Food and Wine Paring Dinner at home
Our local eatery from Santo Stefano Belbo will offer our Gourmet Food and Wine Pairing Dinner at home for our guests.
The experience will consist of small 5 course menu paired each with different local wines. Both the menu and the selection of wines will differ from time to time. Each dishes are made, using local produce based on traditional Piemonte cuisine but with reinterpretation from the chef. The chef and the waiter will set the table and prepare the food at the house.
The offer of this dinner is available only on Monday or Tuesday with minimum of 6 guests. A sample menu from the past can be seen here.

We recommend that you inform us at Ca’delle Rondini a week in advance for this booking, as it may not possible to allocate the time by the chef at short notice.
