The core of the original stone farm house dates back over 200 years but it was abandoned for several decades before the current owners purchased the ruin. Over the next decade, the property went through several stages of reconstruction and extension to what we see now as a tastefully blended old farmhouse with a very modern extension. There are 4 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, kitchen with a counter seating, dining area, living room, a pool house, and a covered terrace with 10 seating area.
Outside, you will find an 18 meter infinity pool (open for use between May to end of September) to relax and a wild Mediterranean styled garden for tranquillity. Beyond the garden the property includes 1.7 hectares of vineyards producing Moscato and Dolcetto wines.
The property is situated 550m above sea level, surrounded by vineyards and woodland, with a panoramic view taking in all the Langhe hills and the Alps at the distance. It is a stunning location to spend a holiday with an added bonus of seeing one of the most beautiful sunset over the Langhe hills and the Alps.

Our Story
We came to Piemonte in 2003 when the area was still a hidden gem and not recognised by Unesco. We fell in love with the hospitable people and the landscape that offered wonderful regional cuisine, not to mention the great wines.
Our heart was set on having a little spot in the area and our search began.
It took a while until we found our perfect location where we find ourselves today.
What started of as a restoration project of an old farmhouse has since evolved into a full blown development with new modern extension and swimming pool in a garden.
